Alliances

Mettetech Industries has alliances with custom metal fabricators, harness designers and manufacturers, printed circuit manufacturers, custom paint applicators and component sources. We will provide you with a controlled documentation package to meet your specific requirements, as little or as much as you request.

Rework

Mettetech Industries will rework your existing assemblies or product to your specification avoiding waste and expensive re-tooling. All rework will be done to your specifications or our engineering will assist you with rework specifications.

Prototype – First Off – Small Runs

Mettetech Industries supports your prototype builds, first off and small runs needs. Our small runs area has the flexibility to meet the volume you require. We also provide a large volume manufacturing line for full run production.

Sub Assembly – Modifications

Mettetech Industries will build your sub assemblies – both electrical and mechanical – to your specification. We will make electrical and mechanical modifications to existing assemblies or product, preventing surplus inventory.

Design – Documentation

Mettetech Industries has full design and documentation capabilities – both electrical and mechanical. We can provide you with Bills of Material, Assembly Instruction, Inventory Control, Purchasing, ECN and Revision Control. Our part numbering system is customer specific to control your inventory within our facility. We will work to your documentation or provide documentation tailored to your requirements.
