Sponsorship

Terms of Sponsorship:

1.      The sponsored car will attend a minimum of 2 Mettetech events in the represented year. Please provide us with a list of additional shows you plan on attending along with any website or supporting documentation of these shows.

2.      Mettetech Automotive must receive a copy of registration for each show attended.

3.      Mettetech Automotive must receive photographic proof of the sponsored car attending each show.

4.      The owner of the sponsored car must actively promote Mettetech Automotive during each show attended.

5.      The sponsored car will display a minimum of 3 stickers on the exterior of the vehicle. One on the back (where applicable) and one on each side of the car. Mettetech Automotive must receive photographic proof of the stickers affixed to the vehicle.

6.      All products supplied for the sponsored vehicle must be used solely for said vehicle and cannot be resold, transferred, held in storage or otherwise modified.

7.      You must hand out or display business cards and/or flyers for Mettetech Automotive at each show and event.

8.      Mettetech Automotive must be included on all signage that appears with the vehicle, sponsor boards, and in all source box listings as follows: Mettetech.com Ph: 519-846-1989.

9.      All promotional material supplied by Mettetech Automotive must be displayed where possible. I.e. Hats, shirts, flags 

10.  The owner of the sponsored car will provide Mettetech Automotive with a weekly update by email and digital photos on the progress of the car's achievements for that week. At which time Mettetech Automotive may or may not post those achievements to their website and/or reprint for use in promotional material.

11.  Unless a clear and concise contradiction to this agreement is presented in writing and approved by both Mettetech Automotive and the sponsored representative the sponsored agrees to use only Mettetech Automotive supplied tires (where applicable).

Before we can sponsor your car we need:

1.      Fill out our sponsorship form which is available on our website under the Sponsorship page.

2.      Digital pictures of your car including minimum 4 exterior shots of each angle, interior and engine pictures. These may be used in promotional materials for Mettetech Automotive and may be posted on their website.

Once we have all of this information we will consider your application. If accepted into our sponsorship program this agreement becomes binding and you will receive tire purchases at the cost price of the tire plus shipping and handling, 5-50% discount on selected parts, plus selected promotional items! Once you have filled out the form and taken pictures of your car please email them to sales@Mettetech.com.

Disclaimer - As a sponsor we do not assume, take, or give any liability for any installation, product, or vehicle; purchased, free, or gift on any sponsored vehicle. We assume no liability for instructions on our products, the sponsored uses, installs, or gives information at their own risk. We assume no liability both real and implied on any information a sponsor gives on our company, product, installation, or technical information. All technical information the sponsored uses at their own risk. By signing up as a sponsored vehicle the sponsored agrees to assume all risk, liability and legal action in regard to any products, service or information given or sold by Mettetech Automotive. The sponsored also agrees to abide by all rules and requirements of sponsorship both past, present and future amendments. The sponsored also agrees that the his/her sponsorship may be revoked, cancelled, or suspended at any time for any reason.
